Hi I'am Sean..
the founder of BodyLytics, and I help modern, customer‑facing teams communicate beyond words so their body language, micro‑expressions, and presence match the results they want to create. After 20+ years leading IT teams and rolling out collaboration and communication tools in banking, gaming, and the EV industry, I know exactly where businesses get stuck: too many channels, not enough real human connection. That’s why I specialised in non‑verbal communication and NLP, training in body language (including with former FBI agent and behaviour expert Joe Navarro), and now work with retail, hospitality, airlines, security, and sales organisations to turn everyday interactions into moments of clarity, confidence, and genuine connection
